Charles E. Moran Jr.
President and Chief Operating Officer

(Based in Buffalo, NY, USA)

As the head of the corporate executive team of Delaware North Companies Incorporated, I oversee operations of all of our companies, including Delaware North Companies International and its subsidiaries.

I've been with Delaware North since 1992 when I joined a subsidiary then called CA One Services (now Delaware North Travel & Hospitality) as Vice President of Finance. Before that, I spent 20 years working for New York institutions including Liberty National Bank and Trust, and Goldome. In January 2004, I was made president of Delaware North Companies Inc.

I am responsible for the overall management of our business in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. I drive the strategies that assess business growth opportunities within the international market, such as securing our involvement with the new Wembley Stadium and Emirates Stadium in the UK.

I joined Delaware North in 1997 as National Director of Operations and have been Managing Director since 2004. I hold a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration.

I am responsible for establishing the Delaware North Companies brand internationally to help create new business opportunities in our current and emerging markets. I help the team to develop creative and strategic approaches so that we can continue to grow and win new opportunities.

I joined Delaware North Companies Australia in 1997 as Business Development Manager and accepted my current position in 2004. I hold a Bachelor of Science, Graduate Diplomas in Nutrition and Marketing and a Master of Business Administration.

Simon Dobson

I am responsible for directing and overseeing the operations of Delaware North Companies UK in sports stadia and travel hospitality, as well as the growth of our business in the UK and Europe.

I joined Delaware North in June 2004 after a career in the hospitality field spanning 20 years. I am affiliated to a number of leading industry bodies and a guardian member of Hospitality Action, the UK's leading industry charity.

Gary Brown

I direct and oversee the development and execution of Delaware North Companies Australia annual corporate plan. I work with the senior management team, and am responsible for analysing and assessing business development and financial investment strategies for growth, and directing the allocation of resources required to achieve that growth.

I joined Delaware North in January 2008 having held the role of Sales and Operations Director for Australia's leading airport retailer, and have had the responsibility for managing contracts and major retail developments at Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Cairns Airports. I also have a background in retailing at High Street operations, including experience in mobilisations, and for the last 18 months have been managing Delaware North operations in sports and entertainment venues, leisure and tourism destinations and travel hospitality.

Wayne Kirkpatrick

I am responsible for establishing and driving the growth of the new Australian Parks & Resorts subsidiary. I oversee the operations of Delaware North's resorts in Australia and ensure that the GuestPath, GreenPath and CareerPath approaches of Delaware North are established as cultural norms within the business.

I joined Delaware North in October 2009. I have more than 30 years experience in the Australian resorts field and have been on numerous national, state and territory tourism advisory bodies.
