Jonathan Tribe
Managing Director

In the role of Managing Director Australia, I direct and oversee the development and execution of Delaware North Companies Australia annual corporate plan. I work with the senior management team, and am responsible for analysing and assessing business development and financial investment strategies for growth, and directing the allocation of resources required to achieve that growth.
I joined Delaware North in 1997 as National Director of Operations and have been Managing Director since 2004. I hold a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration.
Gary Brown
Executive Director - Travel Hospitality Services

I am responsible for the direction, review and monitoring of the hospitality and food services provided at each of our retail contract sites against individual annual plans and industry best practice. I ensure there is a strong focus on creative retail concepts and solutions while delivering leading hospitality services.
Richard Ayson

I am responsible for creating, maintaining and growing the business relationships between Delaware North Companies Australia and our existing and future contract partners. I search for new opportunities that allow us to create long term partnerships and grow our reputation as a global leader in hospitality and food services.
I also work with our existing partners on annual business planning and reporting processes that guide us in delivering on our promise of tailored and responsive service outcomes. This drives actions that assist us to retain existing and grow new business streams across retail, functions and special events.
I have worked in business development in Australia, the USA and the UK in a broad range of hospitality fields, including at the Athaneum Hotel in London and the Hollywood Museum.
Brian Harris

I am responsible of the finance, administrative and supply aspects of the Australian and New Zealand corporate functions which includes business analysis and the measuring and monitoring of performance against plans and the development of initiatives to meet and exceed planned outcomes.
I joined Delaware North in October 2009 and have held various Commercial and Finance Director roles in both national and multinational company environments. I am a Chartered Accountant and hold a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree and a Master Degree in Business Leadership.
Sonya Oakley

I am responsible for the management of cultural development, career planning and development, recruitment and training within the Australian and New Zealand corporate and contract site environments.
I have previously held positions with BHP and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, and spent nine years with the Coles Group in a range of Human Resource Management positions.
Helene Sexton

I have been a member of the Delaware North executive for over a decade (having recently returned to the company after a brief hiatus) and I am a veteran of venue management in high volume multi-faceted operations. I presently fill an executive role, overseeing strategic and operational performance of catering services across the Entertainment Leisure portfolio which includes our prestigious Melbourne & Olympic Parks contract.

I am responsible for all matters of a legal nature that may arise in Australia and New Zealand, including the review and consideration of our commercial agreements and the effective operation of the company's compliance and quality programs.
I commenced my career as a litigator and became an in-house corporate counsel when I joined a major food company in Australia. I hold a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from Chartered Secretaries Australia.
Kieran Fitzpatrick

My responsibilities cover the Australian and New Zealand travel and hospitality services for Delaware North Companies Australia. DNC operate in all of the major airport locations within Australia as well as Wellington in New Zealand and a number of high profile rail locations throughout Melbourne and Sydney. I work with the executive team and a strong group of regional General Managers to help implement DNC's vision of being recognised as the preferred provider of products that foresee and satisfy the needs of customers passing through our travel locations.
I have worked extensively within the travel hospitality sector throughout the Asia Pacific Region and North America over the past fifteen years and hold a Bachelors Degree from the Royal Melb Institute of Technology and a Diploma in Hospitality and Business Management from the Hospitality Standards Institute of New Zealand.
